In addition to offering full-service construction management services, we have also developed long-term relationships with several extremely talented and dependable architects who are experienced in this sector, thus enabling us to provide innovative design-build solutions as well.

As an example, we provided our design/build services for the construction of the new learning center facility at Cannon Mountain, the interior of which is shown in the middle photo below. The 6,500 square foot building has a rustic alpine look, with an all-wood framed exterior and a wood cathedral ceiling. The combination of our experience and the design/build method enabled the State of NH (the project owner) to get exactly the type of facility they wanted while achieving both budgetary and scheduling goals.

Innovative Solutions We have been involved in a wide-range of hospitality and special projects over the years, many of which required a creative approach. This experience and our many relationships with various suppliers and skilled sub-contractors often come into play when working in the hospitality sector.
