Brookstone Builders, Inc. has a great deal of experience in the municipal area, having acted as Construction Manager and/or Builder on many state, city, and town projects.

Government clients include the State of NH, City of Manchester, plus the towns of Candia, Goffstown, and Windham. Specific projects include the Goffstown Public Library, Hooksett Public Library, Windham Middle School, Windham Center School, the Concord City Hall Auditorium, and the Dover District Court (middle photo below).

The courthouse was an especially interesting project, as the tight lot size presented more than a few challenges. Power sources were re-directed and the street re-designed. The new structure includes additional parking, complete handicap access and larger courtrooms.
