Diverse Requirements
The institutional building has become increasingly difficult to define. It could be loosely termed as the accommodation of some state or religious function, or as a series of typologies - city halls, courts of law, churches, hospitals or schools.

Completed projects include many restoration and renovation projects, along with the Rockingham County Nursing Home in Brentwood, NH, the Dover Courthouse, Summercrest Assisted Living in Newport, NH (pictured at left) and several renovations for Nashua's St. Joseph Hospital.

Diverse Solutions Cost and space-availabilty issues have brought about an increased demand for renovation and restoration work in the institutional arena.
