Paula L. Scales - President
Ms. Scales initially joined Brookstone Builders, Inc. in 1987 as Corporate Accountant, having had extensive experience in the Health Care and Construction Industries.

Her strong finance and administrative background enable her to work closely with architects, owners, and subcontractors ensuring smooth performance of Brookstone’s construction projects. She was appointed Executive Vice-President in 1994, and assumed the position of President of Brookstone Builders in 2006.

Ms. Scales attended Ferris State University in Big Rapids, MI and also studied Business Law at Franklin Pierce College in Nashua, NH. She is active in the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce and S.A.M.E., and a past member of The Association of Facilities Engineers, the Commercial Investment Board of Realtors and Plan NH. Ms. Scales is also a past director of The Smaller Business Association of New England.

Mark W. Gemmiti - Project Manager
Mr. Gemmiti has over twenty-five years of industry experience, and is well-versed in all phases of building and site work construction. He has held the positions of Site Superintendent, Project Manager and Estimator, and also spent several years as a Hazardous Waste Treatment Plant Operator and Maintenance Supervisor.

A graduate of New Hampshire Technical College – Berlin with an Associates degree in Applied Science in Natural Resources Management, Mr. Gemmiti also attended Big Bend Community College in Moses Lake, Washington where he completed various courses in Mechanical Engineering and Design. He has also been trained as a specialist in Land Use, Water & Wastewater Technology, Surveying, Construction Management and Critical Path Management.

Jack Boardman - General Mgr of Construction, Safety Officer
Mr. Boardman has been involved with construction in this region for over 30 years. Over the last 20 years he has been employed by Brookstone Builders, Inc. starting as a carpenter and serving in several additional capacities before assuming his current position as General Manger of Construction – Safety Officer.

He has hands on experience in a variety of projects including clean rooms and high security military base work. His knowledge and expertise are key to ensuring that all of our construction projects are performed in a fashion consistent with the high standards for quality and safety on which Brookstone Builders, Inc. has built its reputation.
